disney world. almost 3 years old.
wow. i am still trying to recover. i was surprised the characters did not walk around the park anymore, finding
a character was like winning the lottery. lots of chipendales {what child cares about them} donald duck was like lindsey lohan, everywhere. i felt like disney was a bunch of parties that you were not invited to, only to come in on the tail end of a parade down main street, where was that schedule ??? i wondered why adventure land was so empty. sadie was thrilled to see the last float{as i was running with her} a crab on the top of the float, she screams "ariel"...that was her highlight..wow..i thought, i suck at this.
i cried 2 times at the character breakfast, not my proudest moment..{it did get us fast passes on the safari} once because i thought we lost our place at the character breakfast. second, the table we were at was the worst, the characters kept leaving not making it to our table and minnie mouse left mid-way. wow. i have all these great photos of us my dad took when we were little, i was determined to get a character photo with my kids. i told the waiter the table next to us got two photos with the characters while we had none, "wow, i thought did that just come out of my mouth??" so with no camera, forgot it, my iphone took this photo, that is all i have to show for that day. probably for the best.
